How We Work

Working Together In London

  1. Meeting your designer - when we first meet we will put together a design brief and run through a survey that will help us understand your needs.

2. Site survey - one of our designers will come to the scene and do a site survey. This means making sure we know what we are working with, writing down any existing plants and elements.

3. Developing a concept design of the garden - we will show you 2 design ideas before putting together a final master plan. We will create a 3D concept design to help you understand the proposed idea better.

4. Plant Plan - after creating a 2D design, we will build a Plant Plan that consists of the specific plants, perennials that are recommended for your space, with a specific colour pick, number of plants needed and specific location on the plan.

5. Final Plan - once all the plans are completed and agreed on, we will put together the whole solution for you that includes a master plan, technical plans and a final 3D design ready to be used by contractors.

6. Project Supervision - We can suggest the contractors we usually work with or work with your contractors if needed. It’s recommended that the designer remains included in the realization of the project in case any changes are needed.

UK and International Landscape Design - How Does It Work?

If you are based outside London or UK, we can still help you design your green space.
Its easy!
We can arrange a call and run through your brief and requirements.

Send us images of your space along with measurements, any plans that you have and a populated brief form that we will provide to you.
We will put together a proposal and ideas.

Once approved your end, we will put together technical plans, 2D and 3D plans, plant plans specific for your area and any additional plans needed for the project to be executed by your contractors.
